Founded in Sotira
Paschalı Insurance & Consultants opens its doors in Sotira as a General & Life insurance agency. The founding principle is simple: independent advice, honest pricing, personal service a principle we've never deviated from.
First major insurer partnerships
Within three years, we've secured agency appointments with multiple leading Cypriot insurers across life, motor and general lines allowing us to genuinely compare options rather than push a single provider.
Business division launched
Client demand pushes us into commercial insurance. We begin advising SMEs across the Famagusta district on liability, commercial property, business interruption and employer's liability a division that now serves hundreds of local businesses.
Commercial division opensHealth & life specialisation
As GESY begins reshaping Cypriot healthcare, we deepen our expertise in private health insurance and life protection. We hire our first dedicated health advisor and begin formalising our annual client review process.
Panel expanded to 15+ insurers
Our insurer panel grows to include international providers, giving clients access to specialist and cross-border covers. We become one of the most independently positioned agencies in the Famagusta district.

When the pandemic forces a change in how we work, we adapt quickly introducing remote consultations, online quote requests, and digital claim notification. Our clients can now work with us entirely online if they prefer, without losing the personal touch.

Twenty years after opening our doors, we now serve more than 9,000 active policies across Cyprus life, health, motor, home, travel, liability and commercial lines. Client retention stands at 98%.
